Mini Estate project that needs completed. Rust free from Colorado, well, almost. My skylight in my garage did drip water on the left rear as seen in the photo. That is the only rust on the car. That panel is available from mini suppliers. The doors fit perfect The cars glass is in my garage somewhere, When I do find it I will supply them to the buyer. There is a brand new tinted windshield included in the car along with various interior trim. Rear seats are there but no front seats. The car is painted VW yellow. Clean and clear South Carolina title in my name. This was a running / driving Mk I that I took apart to refresh. When I got into it, the "solid" floors needed replacing I wound up replacing the floors, to kicks, inner and outer rockers, trunk floor, rear valence, nose panel, and both fenders on my "solid" Mini Once sheet metal fabrication was done I handed it off to a body man to smooth up. During the 6+ months it lingered in his shop I lost interest and started working on a Lotus 7 replica / autocross monster. Now it's back from body and I have no desire to get back to work on it. It's primed, needs final sanding, then off to paint. Everything is here to put it back together with some new parts thrown in. Recaro seats, carpet with factory carpet installation and Dynamat sound proofing and new door cards and door card accessories. Custom welded 6 point roll cage with padding and chrome fire extinguisher. Custom made rear seat stereo box /unit with 12 inch subwoofers, duel amps, all complete Alpine components worth $3,000 alone. 10x6 Panasport Alumn rims riding on Yokohomas with less than 500 miles of wear on all. Spare tire is a matching style by Mini Lite. New Optima red top battery with inline capacitors for stereo/battery protection. Mini Clubman 1275GT, Vin#XE2D2141904A. Milage 65,663. I found this Mini online from a collector North of London. He owned 40 cars, all kept in heated garage and all were covered with blankets. He told me that this Mini had not been in the rain for 17 years. This car resembles the original Mini but from the windshield froward is an updated style somewhat as the Riley Elf. This was a second generation to separate the old Mini from the youth market of the day and as the Riley was not shipped out of the U.K. There is no rust at all. The engine bay and underside were sprayed with undercoating to keep anything from rusting. This might have been done when new. The car was at some point resprayed this original color of Citron Yellow throughout. I imported the car having it trucked from the owner to Felixstowe, U.K. in a 40' container to Los Angeles and then trucked through customs to my home in Murrieta, CA between Los Angeles and San Diego. It has been garaged since Oct. 2013 and driven once in the development where I live. It has a strong engine and I do have some extra parts (set of Minilites) and pieces for the dash. This car is RHD but it can be converted to LHD with slight modifications. I wanted to use it daily, but due to some health issues and my 83 y.o. Mom won't get in the car (too small). I've reduced the price from $14,750. Now asking $6,000. * Note, I have just learned that tags for Calif. would be quite expensive and the work would be almost 10 weeks, so I suggest that the car be taken out of Calif. I hope to find a good home.

Built in November, 1967. Sold new in January, 1968 at British Motor Car Distributors in Seattle. Four owners from new, all Seattle Area Mini Owners Association members and still living in Seattle area. Always cared for by Mini experts, it has never been modified.
Daily driver until 1978. Sold and put into storage. Sold again in 1998. Subframes-off, bare-shell restoration commenced at that time. Restoration to stock specifications completed in 2002 using as many of its original parts as possible. Repainted in original colors, Snowberry White over Island Blue. There is no rust – never has been. Interior left unrestored except for new carpet, 3-point inertial-reel seatbelts and a few trim pieces. Garaged since 1978.

Right hand drive. 850cc. Drum brakes. 140,000 miles. My grandmother Jean Wallace Wilde purchased the car in London in 1962, when she was filming the original "IItalian Job" there. She fell in love with the Mini and had it shipped to Los Angeles where it lived in her garage in Beverly Hills though out the 70's and 80's. After she died my uncle took it to Arizona where he had it refurbished. That is where the interior covers and carpets where replaced and new paint done. My uncle stored her inside as well in the Tuscon area. She is rust free and in great shape! She came to live with me in Lake Tahoe shortly after he passed in 2005. She has been stored inside for the last 6 years. I have replaced her tires and battery. Single instrument panel on dash is working, but gas gauge only reads to 1/2 tank. Wipers and lights all in working order. All She starts up every Spring like a charm, and runs well. Brakes in good working order but will need replacement soon. Fully restored 1962 Morris Cooper. All genuine 1967 Morris Cooper S running gear assembled on a 1962 Rust free shell with Wesbasto Sunroof with a black top. Full bare shell restoration blasted completely inside and outside including all detached parts using plastic media and fully painted untire shell red. Fully custom interior with ultra rare Paddy Hopkirk Recaro seats, with rokee wood dash in perfect condition with 130 speedo and 8,000 rpm Smith tachometer and Sony CD 4 speakers power antenna with very kool remote by driver side floor. Nothing but the BEST was put into this complete rebuilt 1275 Cooper S block to 1330 CC with ENB40 crank with 12G940 S cylinder head fully built by David Anton { understudy to David Vizard } in Souther California. Over $2K USD was spend on the cylinder head alone which was ported and polish, and flowed with roller rockers. Dish top pistons, slightly lightened flyweel, ARP Main, rods, and head/bolts, balanced and shot peened rods, Chromoly push rods, chilled lifters, Vizard cam, high output oil pump headers with RC40 hexaust with twin 1-1/2" SU's. Transmission completly rebuilt and the gears were change from the 3:44 ration to 3:1/1 ration. Fully powder coated subframes with all new suspansion with Spax adjustable yellows front and rear, 5/10 minilights shod with Yokohamas 008 165/70/10 Coopers front disk with Superminifins in rears. Dual gas tank with Aston competition caps. Very rare front sumpguard tp protect the trans housing. Overall 10K miles as been put on this S since the restoration and still look as neww today, pulls very strong very well sorted, one of the better ones out there, and is {YES VERY FAST}. The car has been professionaly converted to a (cleverly rebadged as a Morris) 120 HP Lancia Engine with a 5 speed transmission.Twin box exhaust system is in good shape and has a throaty sound. Front Disc Brakes and braided steel lines have been added. As well as a modern swing pedal assembly with brake power booster. Heavy front and rear sway bars and tube shock conversion complete the suspension upgrades. The car is an older restoration and shows some age. Paint is around 7 out of 10. Floor pans and inner door sill panels are solid with no rust. All the fenders had been replaced with new ones. Rear Wheel tubs are solid as well. It has a few spots of rust in the bottoms of both doors the left being the worse and the rear valance area. The rest of the body is solid and straight. The wood sides had been replaced and are solid. Rear doors are original and are fairly solid. I would replace them at some point then all the wood would be perfect. Interior has had front reclining leather buckets seats installed. Leather Mountney steering wheel. Full array of gauges added featuring amps, oil, temperature and tachometer.Car has been completely rewired with aircraft quality wire and has an upgraded modern fuse and relay panel. Has classic lighted turn signal stalk indicator in working condition. Front carpets and mats are new. 3rd gear syncro is a little weak but part is cheap should be same as a Fiat 124 Spyder. Clutch is cable operated and is solid. Car has Wolfrace aluminum slotted wheels in great shape with 80 series tires in front and 60 series in rear giving that Hot Rod stance to it. All in all a nice presentable driver that you can tweak to make it perfect as you go along. It's not a show car nor is represented as one. Draws attention where ever you go. I am looking for my old 1961 Austin 850 which I sold many. many years ago. The car was last seen in Viginia in the mid-1970's and was repainted blue. It's 850 engine was replaced with an 1100 by the next owner and it's stock front seats were replaced with Austin America's (though the stock seats were with the car covered in black vinyl) The lower back seat was replaced with a block of black vinyl covered foam as it was missing. Most importantly, it's VIN is AA2S7L52527. I am offering a reward of $250.00 just for locating it.
